  • Our customer service team will process your request as quickly as possible. Once your cancellation is confirmed, we will notify you immediately and arrange for a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be returned to the bank account used for payment (e.g., American Express, JCB, Mastercard, VISA, etc.).
