• Processing Time: Orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Orders processed after 18:00 will be carried over to the next business day, and if a holiday occurs, processing will be delayed to the next working day.
• Shipping Time: Estimated delivery time is 8 to 10 business days after dispatch.
• Special Circumstances: Delays may occur during peak demand periods or due to special circumstances.
• Shipping Fees:
  • Orders between 0 and 150 AUD: Shipping fee of 9.99 AUD.
  • Orders 150 AUD or above: Free shipping.
    All prices include applicable taxes, and no additional fees will be charged at the time of delivery.

6. Order Cancellation Policy

• Unshipped Orders: Orders can be canceled free of charge before shipment. Please contact our customer support team by email and provide the order number. Refunds will be processed within 5 to 8 business days.
• Shipped Orders: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be directly canceled. You can refuse the package upon delivery or return it according to our Return and Exchange Policy. Refunds will be processed after the returned package is received and confirmed. Please ensure that the return label included in the package is used and the item is returned for inspection.
